New this winter, guests can experience North America’s only performing arts center created from ice and containing instruments carefully hand-crafted from ice. Seating 125 people, The Crystal Grotto at Beaver Creek is located near Spruce Saddle Restaurant.
Performances at this unique ice theater are at 1pm and 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays and select Fridays throughout the winter.
Tickets are sold each week for the upcoming weekend’s shows only. Tickets are $10 each except for the Kids Show which is Saturdays at 3pm when kids 12 & under are free.
Tickets are available at the Information Kiosk (next to the ice rink) from Monday at Noon until Friday at 11:30am each week. Please note the information Kiosk accepts CASH ONLY.
Beginning at Noon on Friday, tickets are only available on the mountain. The Ice Bar is open from Noon-3pm on show days and tickets will be sold there during those hours (CASH ONLY). Outside of those hours, tickets will be available at The Watering Hole inside Spruce Saddle when it is open and guests can use a credit card or resort charge there.
You must have a lift ticket or food pass to access the Crystal Grotto. Foot passes will be availiable at a reduced price of $14 per adult and $4 per child. Guests who need a foot pass must present their pre-purchased Crystal Grotto ticket at the Beaver Creek Ticket Office on the day of the show to purchase their foot pass. If a guest has not pre-purchased their Crystal Grotto tickets AND tickets are still available, they can purchase the discounted foot pass at the BC Ticket Office until 30 minutes prior to each show
Ticket availability is posted on signs outside the BC Ticket Office and at the top of Centennial Express lift near the entrance to The Crystal Grotto on the days of the shows.
*Please note that infants are not allowed on the chairlift and children must be walking on their own to ride the chairlift. Guests should wear proper footwear and attire (ski attire is recommended) as conditions may be cold and icy.
