Mother Nature made an appearance Nov. 8 and left 6-8 inches behind at the summit, and 2-3 inches at mid-mountain. Temperatures are forecast to remain low - especially at night - throughout the week, so Northstar-at-Tahoe is planning to continue making snow at every opportunity to prepare for the season.
Has your countdown started yet? Northstar's has! The resort is aiming for a Saturday, Nov. 20 opening, conditions permitting, and if these temps stick around, that should leave the resort in incredible shape when you arrive.
If you haven't already picked up your pass, don't miss out on the Heavenly/Northstar pass - for just $379 you will be skiing or riding Northstar, Heavenly, and for this year only, Sierra-at-Tahoe, too!
Keep up those snow dances... they're working!!
