Lindsey Vonn celebrated the season with a homecoming celebration in Vail! Free cookies, hot chocolate, and lots of Lindsey swag were given away. Thousands of adoring fans waited for Lindsey's arrival.
Lindsey took the time to answer questions from kids in the audience. She says that she likes to listen to pop music to pump her up before skiing, and when asked if she would race in the next Olympics, the "goddess of ski racing" answered "Heck yes!!"
She "passed the torch" to the Ski Club Vail young skiers, many of them Olympic hopefuls. She told them to work hard and have fun!
On her way out, Lindsey took time to pose for pictures and sign autographs.
