Pastry Chef Ned Archibald is some sort of genius. A crazy, delicious, chocolate-y village. Every year he creates this masterpiece of a Christmas tree made of 700 lbs of Belgium white chocolate, a running chocolate train, and chocolate rivers. Tasty!
